AS I have been setting up my VA business, i came across a template in Microsoft Access that is Great! I thought it might be helpful for others.
It is the Time and Billing Template.
Within the file, you can maintain customer lists, project lists, and all hours spent on each project. It takes some time to really figure out the program and how it will work for you. But it also creates invoices and tracks payments. You can also track expenses, like printing and mailing expenses. You can find the link on the

Hopefully it will be helpful for you guys. I know for me, it is making all the difference in my billing. I have been able to customize the invoices that I will email out.
