Hi,

I made some purchases for a client using my credit card and wanted to use PayPal to obtain reimbursement.

PayPal fees are a business expense for me so I don't normally break them out on the client invoice for virtual assistant services.

However, I do break down the fees when I make purchases for the client.

I wanted to share a link that I use to determine PayPal fees.

This may also be helpful to virtual assistants who are working out their rates and want to build the fees into their hourly or retainer structure.

Thanks for sharing this site - I definately added it to my bookmarks and will use it often. I always use excel with a formula to do the calculations for fees but this is wonderful to have.
