Default Retainer Hourly Changes-
This may have been covered in another thread; but I couldn't find it. I was wondering how you would handle a request to change retainer hours. In other industries, if a client needs to increase or reduce services, they can do so by changing the contract.

How is this handled in the VA community?

I would handle it the same way. Create an addendum if you need to.
