PayPal Question About Customizing Subject Line for Invoices
Hello,
I sent a client two invoices via PayPal. She is not a PP member so she received them both by PP email.
2 questions:
The first invoice I sent allowed her to pay by e-check with a CC as a back up. It accepted her CC, though.
The second invoice allowed her to pay by CC and no choice for e-check.
She prefers to pay by CC. Can anyone say why the first invoice gave the option for an e-check?

She has asked me to modify the subject line of the PayPal invoices to reflect the dollar amount and indicate that the email is from me.
When I send her a PP invoice I do not see where I can modify the subject line of the email she will receive.
Again, she is not a PP member so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I have checked all over PP's support questions and on the web but I cannot find any information. I have sent PP a support question about this but have not received a reply.
Any thoughts?
