Default Live Operator Help!
Hello! Happy Holidays everyone! We have a general questions about live operator pricing and phone system. We have a potential client looking for us to take his calls and forward messages accordingly 40 hours/week. Do you have/have you had any clients like this? If so, how much did you charge since they are needing much more than an hourly retainer package for a VA service. And also, what type of phone system would be best for this? If you dont have any clients like this, any suggestions or wisdom is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I do not currently have any clients set up this way; however, I know that Ring Central is set up for this: http://www.ringcentral.com/features/.../overview.html

As far as pricing, although we can not directly discuss pricing on the forum, there are several sites that offer a similar service. Just do a Google search for virtual receptionist and several will come up.

I hope everything works out with your new potential client!

Thank you! Yes, we have a service like Ring Central called Evoice, however the only problem is when a call comes in and you transfer it still uses the minutes until the whole call ends. We are stumped for an answer without paying thousands of dollars for a phone system. Thank you for your advice though because I am googling and calling some companies now! Have a Happy Holiday!
