I've received a quote from a printing company. How do I incorporate my fee on top of the printing company's fees? Do I make another invoice detailing the printer's cost, plus my fee plus shipping or do I just give her 1 cost that includes the printers cost and my fee - and show shipping separate? Please advise. If it's the time involved then I would detail that [in whatever way is standard for your business], and include the shipping cost, etc. each as a singular entry on the same invoice.
