Default help! I'm a newbie and need a project cost quote
I'm a newbie and would like to quote on my first job. She's a real estate broker and these services in Word processing,
transcription, Power Point presentations, scanning,
data entry, proofreading, database management, and
Internet research over the next 2 months.

I would like to know how to get paid from PAYPAL. (I had a account with them for years) AND I would like to retain payment before I give my services. What instructions should I tell my client on getting paid before services are rendered?

Please help. I take all tips and advice.

I need a project cost quote form (preferably FREE) ASAp!

Didn't you brainstorm and establish your rates and business policies when you set up your practice? I would suggest sitting down and doing that immediately.

As to forms, we have just started a document library on the forums where you can find a few things for free download. Check there, you may just find what you need

I'm so glad you found the document library
There's no time like the present for sitting down and doing these things that need to be done. For your own peace of mind, and for the strength of your practice I'd suggest getting into it right away.

Mis4ta, your client isn't being brokered by someone in England is it? Your list of duties looks as though you copy and pasted it from an email (I'm looking at the short lines as though copied) and it's identical to what is in the scam emails as follows:

Quote:
While Mary Morgan (my client) is in the United States she will need your services in Word processing, transcription, Power Point Presentations, scanning, data entry, proofreading, database management, and Internet research over the next 2 months. She will be arriving your city in about 3 weeks from now.
Just be careful!

Tess,

I don't know that I would have caught it except I had read the two posts related to the scammer immediately before opening this thread. I hope she pops back in and sees this. There's no website listed for her, otherwise I would have tried to contact her that way.
