I'm a newbie and would like to quote on my first job.

She's a real estate broker and these services in Word processing,
transcription, Power Point presentations, scanning,
data entry, proofreading, database management, and
Internet research over the next 2 months.
I would like to know how to get paid from PAYPAL. (I had a account with them for years) AND I would like to retain payment before I give my services. What instructions should I tell my client on getting paid before services are rendered?
Please help. I take all tips and advice.
