Is there a general pricing guideline in the US for Virtual Services that anyone has come across?

Let me expand..
Administrative Services - $ X per hour
Web and IT $ x per hour

Real Estate Assistant X per hour or flat rate?

We do not discuss rates on VAF because everyone needs to charge based upon their own experience, skill and value they bring to their own clients.

Rates begins with a business plan...what your financial goals will be, what you need to pay out to keep the business going and what you want to reinvest in the business.

You can also time yourself to see how long it takes to perform a service and then decide what you want to charge based upon your efforts, what you want to make, pay out, etc.

Also checking out other VA websites who offer the same services you plan to offer will help give you a range from which to start.

The General Billing category in which you posted your question has several threads about rates which may be useful.
