Rather than billing by the hour, I would charge a set amount to produce a list of 100 targeted bloggers or 200 targeted tweeters as potential contacts for list building. Contacting these individuals would be step 2 and priced accordingly. Looking for any thoughts or feedback. Thanks!

Are you talking about going online to gather emails, etc. for your clients? He wanted addresses also and because addresses are not listed online I had to phone.
