Default Billing using My Hours?
Those of you who use my Hours to track your time, when you collate the times at the end of the period, how do you bill for the time?

Do you bill for every minute or do you round the time up?

I've been adding the cost to the reports and just billing for the total but I'm not sure this is the right way? I'll be interested to hear what everyone else does.

Default Re: Billing using My Hours?
Kelly,

I round up to the quarter hour and bill from there. The great thing is that you can run the report by client and task so if I have one task where I stop and start I will get the total time and round up if needed on that task.

You can easily do this in the edit function of the time.

I then bill through QuickBooks and attach a copy of the invoice that I send via email to my clients.
