Default Billing for Follow-up Calls
I have a potential client who wants me to send out letters to an existing list and then do follow-up calls to schedule appointments. How would you bill for something like this?

I would bill my hourly fee for the entire time it takes to do the tasks. Some people have phone call rates. Some charge by the call, some by the time to pick up the phone, dial the number and put the phone down. But I'm uncomplicated about these things so I'd just bill my hourly fee.

I do follow-up calls (very few, though). I charge by the hour, too. Easier for me.
