Hi All I have to find a CRM program but there are just so many out there. Would appreciate knowing what you all use, why you like it, cool features, etc. Do you use freeware or a paid version? I use a steno pad. I note the work I do for them on a weekly basis and jot down time. This has worked better for me then opening a computer program to note every time I do something for a client. I also file their emails so I have a reminder of the work requested.
