I would really like to get a better understanding of how VAs organize their workload and your participation is vital! If you don't use "Project Management" software, how to you track your tasks? Do you use a spreadsheet, Outlook, a simple to-do list? If you fit any of these alternative ways of tracking, please select OTHER and post what you use. I am currently exploring Project Management software. At the moment I am testing Basecamp, though using to-do list in Google Calendar in conjunction with managing my correspondence in email, digital doc file folders, bookmarks, and paper files which include a notebook. It works, but I'd like to find something that is simple for my clients and encrypted for transfer of sensitive documents. I look forward to the results of this poll.
