I looked at GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar and MegaMeeting. She is a PR consultant and the interactive/video portion is important. The meetings will probably have less than 15 people, but may occasionally have more. Any suggestions? Some tools that are good for this is WebEx, Elluminate Live and SonicFoundry. Although I don't think SonicFoundry has a small business portion. A portion will be via powerpoint presentation or some other document format, but the most important part is visual and interactive. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
