My client has a team of multiple departments. He'd like a collaboration software so he can go to one central area.

Are there questions you ask your client to help them select the right tool for their business? The owner wants to focus for sure on contact information. There is a production department, consulting and accounting so very diversified.

I would suggest looking into Franklin Covey Plan Plus Online. It is a great program and is web based. You can create different users so different people can see/update/change particular information. You can also create tasks that are specific to departments/people and email the tasks. The receiver then has the ability to send you status on the particular or a completed message. I don't really hear anyone on the boards talk about it, but you may want to look into it and see if it fits your needs.
