Hi everyone,
Last November, I offered to try out the client management software solution called
Virtual Assistant Manager, and here is my review after exclusively using this product for three and a half months.
Review-
Virtual Assistant Manager
______________________________ _______
This is a cool web-based virtual management program. It would definitely meet the needs of a single Virtual Assistant (VA) or a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs). It is my one-stop application, it helps me manage my calendar, communicate back and forth with my clients via messaging, share my files, upload files from my clients’ computers, and keep and monitor a time log of all my projects and tasks. The simplicity of this program and the user friendliness does not make it daunting for my clients.
I like that I am able to manage all my activities from the Home page. You are able to create projects, add tasks, add clients, add assistants, monitor the status of on-going tasks and coordinate all of your tasks. There is the Upcoming Due Tasks window, where you can monitor a weeks’ worth of upcoming due tasks. You are also able to view and manage messages from the Message window. The very robust Search option here also makes it easier to plan and prioritize your activities.
It is very important for me to always keep my clients up-to-date with the tasks that are assigned to me and this platform allows me to do that. My clients also have the option to login to their accounts and assign me tasks, making this another avenue for them to communicate with me. This program also shows my clients that my work is very important to me and that I have the resources to efficiently support their business.
Pricing starts at $39.00 per month for one VA and this is discounted for companies with multiple VAs; for example, the cost for two to five VAs is $29.00 per month for each VA.
I have sampled other virtual management programs but none of them compared to the ease of use and the array of tools with this program. As with anything, there is always room for improvement and in my communications with the very professional Virtual Assistant Manager support team, I know that some very snazzy features will be added in the near future.
