Just thought I share, check out the link, you can use it as an online whiteboard, works great. You can even set up teams and post secure information and upload files. And it has a place for reminders.

Still in beta, but works pretty well, plus its FREE

This is really cool. I can see how it would be helpful to use with clients, especially the more "visual" type of person (like myself.)
