I am a fan of 37signals and have had a BackPack account for several months. Last month I signed up for their Highrise CRM product, although I haven' thad much time to really get in there and poke around.

One of my clients is interested in starting to utilize a CRM program and had been hearing about BatchBlue based on some recommendations. I'm not familiar with it, and she's not set on this and asked that I make some comparisons.

Has anyone compared these two, or have used either/both? Thanks!

Hi Kari, I haven't used either of these so can't offer much insight but I did come across this blog post by another VA all about how Virtual Assistants can use Batch Blue. Hope it helps a bit!
