I use Groove for a couple of different clients. With the trial version you can only create 3 workspaces, however.
If you have the 2007 version, you have to change some settings to accept an invitation from the earlier versions.
It is a great way to keep the current documents in front of you and your client. You can chat, send a message, and collaborate in a seamless way. Along with that, you can keep notes and sync calendars.
IMHO, it was better before Microsoft bought it though; i.e. cheaper.
