Thanks for sharing this. I have been playing with it tonight. I really do like it, but it lacks a time tracking feature. I have a time tracker that I love, but would be nice if it were included in the PM system.

Just getting back to looking at all your responses...thanks I those that jumped in and answere questions!

In regards to a time keeping software, I tried everything and LOVE free stuff...I am now using Paymo.biz! It lets me track all my time, invoice directly from the system (saving me from having to manually invoice) it will connect with Quickbooks I you wish and now there is even a new client portal where you can create reports like hour logs and put in there for then to go in and see whenever they want instead of you having to create them and send it to them. I am all about efficiency and have been extremely satisfied with the hours I have gotten back by using this new system.
Oh and one last thing!....you can integrate PayPal and they can pay right from the invoice - check it out!

Thanks for this post and all of the corresponding references with it. I'm curious, does this PM or any of the ones mentioned have a client colaboration tool? I used Basecamp in the past, but now way too $$! We free!

I recently found the need for a pm system, this advice is great!

I also use ASANA and find it very easy to use. You set the workspace up for each client, and only that client and your team members can access that workspace. They can't see what other clients you have nor can they visit other client workspaces. We haven't had any issues with the security of each workspace, and intend on using it for awhile. I love the reminders you get in email for project due dates.
