Anyone have experience with HyperOffice?? My clients have signed up for the free trial and I'm in charge of setting it up and running it. I'm not very impressed so far. I'm getting error messages, it's slow and feels complicated for something that should be simple. The training webinar wasn't very impressive either. Client service...well we'll see.

Any input??

I tried it once. I think Sharepoint is better, or even Google Apps.

Genevieve, I had a client recently ask me to look into HyperOffice and remembered your post. I thought I'd check back in and see how you fared with it. Did you and your client stay with HyperOffice or did you move onto something else?

Anyone else with experience with HyperOffice I'd love to know what your thoughts are and if there are other, better options out there.

I'm still on the fence with Hyper Office. I really thought their support was horrible. I had a hard time to get started with it and it had bugs from the beginning. I like the price but I'm looking for another product for my clients. I can't believe how hard it is to find a good CRM system that is also well priced! Maximizer is coming out with a web base product in a few months. That's a great product but I'm afraid that the web base app is a little out of my client's price range.

I was looking for tutorials or support materials for HyperOffice and stumbled upon this site...Tutorial link
It has a couple of videos talking about everything from basic functions to different features of the software. I hope this helps and if I find anymore I will post them in this thread.
