I have found that the people I contacted didn't have much faith that Google was secure enough. I have therefore bought a subsription to myoffice.net (someone on this forum said they likedit) which up to now I like very much. It has calendar, email, notes and document servers and should be secure enough. It's easy to use, also on Blackberry. Also their helpdesk is extremely helpful.
I've been spending ages researching various options and I think I'm going to settle for myoffice.net. I haven't tried anything yet but by looking and reading about the various options myoffice.net looks quite an easy going little package - well for me anyway!

When using myoffice.net, do you have to buy subscriptions for each of your clients separately? I am a little confused. Or do you only have to buy a subsription for yourself it will interface with any mail client?
I am in the process of just starting up too and was wondering this as well, I'm glad I came across this! The Google calendar is something I will have to keep in mind!
Google calendar is great I've used it with android phone, my treo I can sync with my Entourage on my mac or Outlook on my Pc's and the best part is that I can do the updates from any were and have several calendars all at the palm of my hand, since I don't always carry my laptop is nice to be able to do the work from my phone. and best of all its free password protected an its always online.
