I keep hearing about various utilities for calendar management, file sharing, file transfer, logging into clients computers and time tracking. I've looked at LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, Google Calendar, ClientSpot, etc., etc. I'm starting to think I'm doing TOO much research!

They're all starting to look the same, although some are definitely more expensive. How can I wade through all these to make a decision?
I know I could just sign up for some free trials (one at a time), to see how they work for me, but I can see that raising even more problems. Although, if the first one works, I guess I would just stay with it!
Are there any that do *everything*? i.e., time tracking + file sharing + calendar management? What about backups/security?
