Just wanted to update the thread to let everyone know, these guys are really listening to what you have to say about the product and have made numerous updates recently.

1. They deployed some updates to ClientSpot that include a first cut of retainer
tracking, as well as a new start/stop task timer.

I just sent them a thank you note!

The one thing I noticed though is that the timer stops when the browser is closed. That's the one reason I don't like web based time tracking programs. Sometimes I'm working for a couple hours and I've logged in different times for various tasks and then my browser crashes or I accidentally close the window and I lose all of my time. That is the most maddening thing ever!

Maybe I'm just doing something wrong or I don't have the program set properly. Does anyone else who uses web based time tracking programs have this problem too?

I was wrong!!!! I just couldn't find where they kept the information. But I tested it a few times and purposely closed my browser and the time was still there.

This is truly a happy day.
