Do you dive right in or do you have systems, tools in place to make maneuvering through the work week ahead more manageable?
- How do you manage multiple clients on a daily basis?
- Do you work on Client X tasks on Monday, Client Y on Tuesday?
- Do you schedule client work by priority?
- All of the above? What works for you?
I have started using a daily planner for my podcast interviews and items. For me, I work on Client X for a few hours then Client Y and go from there. Which client I work on first depends on the tasks and their priority. Of course, there are days when Client Z will call and need something ASAP (which of course messes up my day's plans!). Care to share what works (and doesn't work) for you?
