Here is my review of Basecamp, 5pmweb, and Toms Planner. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Basecamp and have been using it for almost a year now. As for the others, I haven't looked into them and don't really know. I do know that Paymo is a good option for time tracking as that is what I use for my own work.
