I've been looking for weeks for a CRM system for some clients. It's either too expensive, too much of a system or doesn't do what we want. I found BigContacts CRM yesterday and I'm wondering if anyone know anything about it?? It looks like a really good system but I would love to hear someone else's opinion especially if you've tried it or heard about it.

What details are they wanting to save and all that jazz? I use a 37singals products. I use Bascamp for task management, and then highrise for managing my clients information. It s easy to use affordable, and just plain awesome.

I need a system that can have contacts, notes, emails, phone log, import documents, calendar sharing, list building capabilities, mobile access but at a low cost. They seem to be comfortable at around $45-50 total per month for 3 users. It's the price that's a problem! I'm trying out BigContact which is about $15/month/user and seem to provide most of what they need all in one place. That's why I was curious to know if this is a reliable system. Basecamp is a really cool system!
