I am not familiar with this product but I am interested in learning about options that are available to me. After looking at a few reviews, the common minus what that it ONLY tracks time and only time forward from when you sign up, so you can't add time from projects that were started prior to signing up. What is it that drew you to Toggl?

Hi Cassandra,
The one thing that drew me to Toggl.com is its flexibility on tracking time. At first use, you can toggle your time on/off per task. And from there you could gauge how much min. or hours you spend on a certain project/task. From there you can fix up a time to finish per project. Time tracking is just a Toggl On/Off. And the reporting system is great to! And the best part is, its very easy to use, compared to Rescuetime.com. Ill elaborate further in awhile. Need to go take a rest. Ive been up for more than 24hrs now!

Hi ... I just came across while searching about the software ... I also use the free one and seems good ... I do not have a need at the moment to subscribe for the paid one though!

Regards

I just started using Toggl I like that is has a iPhone app, desktop widget AND and online dashboard. I like that you can start and stop time on a given task on a given day. What I'm missing is that in the reporting, it doesn't tell me the times that I stopped and started. Still playing with this and my hours to see which is better for me.
Not planning on upgrading to the paid version, doesn't seem the features are necessary for me.

I've used Toggl when I was working with clients and I needed to track time. I had the paid subscription because I like the ability oto integrate with Freshbooks.

I don't use it anymore because I only work on a project basis and prefer to use RescueTime to automatically track my compter usage since it is just for my records now.

Toggl looks simple and easy-to-use. I often use MyHours or the one from Freshbooks. Will definitely check this out.

This software looks pretty good - I just tried it.

Is the free plan only available for a month or will it work longer. The webpage on pricing did not provide any information on the free version other than - 5 users, limited features

Any insight on the product appreciated.
