Re: Anyone using HyperOffice?
Donna:
I know I'm weighing in late here, but I haven't done a good job of being on the forums lately.
I used HyperOffice for about 8 months. Over that period of time, each of my clients dropped it. I started out with 6 clients using it and one by one, they dropped out. It was very cumbersome, there were many problems and bugs with it, and for the price, it just didn't do everything I thought it should do.
It says that it does everything from calendaring to email to task management to contact management. However, most of the applications have limitations, especially with email.
As I said, it was just not user friendly and we ended up dropping the program. Since then, I've looked and looked for something that will work on all fronts. I have yet to find something that has all the features I want, but I'm still looking. In the interim, I use AirSet quite extensively. It's free and it has calendaring, contacts, task management and limited email capability. It also has file storage so it's a work-around until I find something awesome.
Just thought you'd like to hear from someone who actually used HyperOffice.
