Barbara, I've not really needed such a thing for locals, until now when I'm working at distance. I've played around with Zoho but, so far, I'm not keen on it. It says it does wonderful things but, unless I'm missing something, it doesn't tell you exactly how to configure it.
As I try to keep costs low for both myself and my clients, I'm going to take a look at Central Desktop and Clientspot. I also keep in mind the ease of use as busy people don't want to waste time jumping through hoops and some are not too computer savvy either.
