I found our software on this list -- My ClientSpot.
- ease of use
- the basic monthly rate lets you have up to 10 users (clients & Team members) which is good for start-up companies for at least the first year; upgrades are reasonable to add more users.
- allows for time-tracking on different tasks, easy movement between tasks without having to clock in/clock out from each task. You can clock in for your company admin tasks if you want to monitor time spent on taking care of business.
- clients have their own private workspace with login, so clients are not viewing other client workspace
-integration with accounting software out there, and more coming in 2012....

My clients aren't really needing project management, although I do have one transcription client that we use OnStage to share our files. We have found it a great way to get the large files to me in a secure environment. I have used Officezilla also with subcontractors and have noticed lately that it has had more improvements added, so may revisit (particularly liked that because I could customise to my branding, have a forum etc.
My latest tool for my own personal organisation is iProcrastinate from the Apple App Store (I use a Mac with Parallels so can run Windows programs as well). It's a great little To Do List tool that you can schedule tasks, break them into smaller tasks, colour code clients and even add the files used regularly to save you having to go searching for them. I find this particularly useful for my regular tasks - which I will have to play with tomorrow as it's back to work! Happy New Year! ;p
