I'm finally going to submit my first order for postcards and brochures.

Has anyone ever purchased a mailing list from Vistaprint?

I didn't know that either...I've ordered post cards, business cards and some magnets from Vista Print and was happy with them.

I had seen that on their site before, but wondered about how successful it would be to use. If you do buy one and use it, please let us know how it turns out!

I have also been looking at them for business cards. I had no idea that they had mailing lists. I have only used Infousa in the past, and they are outrageously priced imho.

Yes, I saw that months ago, but I wasn't ready to place an order with them at the time. Here's what they're site says:

" We’ve partnered with Accudata, an industry leader in marketing information solutions, to give you access to millions of mailing addresses from their extensive database. Simply select your audience, number of leads, geographic parameters and demographic attributes. Based on the criteria you select, we’ll generate a targeted list for you. You’ll be able to view, edit, download and re-use your purchased list for one year."

They have a business rate and a residential customer rate. For businesses they charge 15 cents per name. You can choose a set number of names or see all available records and then choose your number.

I guess I should research "Accudata" since they're the source.

I have ordered business cards and postcards from VistaPrint. I didn't realize that they had mailing list either. I also would be interested in finding out more info.

Please be careful buying mailing lists. It's very easy to be accused of spamming.

I would rather almost make up my own list that way I can make sure I am reaching my target market. Unless you have a large budget just randomly mailing may not work out too well.

Like others here, I have purchased business cards and postcards only. I have seen the option for mailing lists, but just like Danielle mentioned I would rather create my own (and always have done that).

If anyone does decide to purchase one, please do let us know how it works out for you.

I use Vista print and did notice the mailing list option but choose not to purchase lists instead doing like the others of gathering my own. I get enough spam as it is and don't want to add to it in any way.

I probably will not use it for me, although i have recently heard some VA's say that they have had earned client through cold calling, just for clients thay may suggest a list.

This will be interesting to see how well the list is built for you. I didn't realize that they had this available. Hope it works out!
