I have used VistaPrint on many occasions over the past 5 years, when I need some sort of simple design. They are a great resource. I have also utilized them for their rubber stamps and those are great as well. I do not know how they are able to offer so many free products but I am surely glad they do.

PS Print
Another site I use when I want a small order but would like to utilize my own design and when I offer free personalized business cards to my clients with their web design is PSPrint. For $9.99 I can offer clients 100 cards I just add my promotion on the back for an additional $2 like vista print does when you get free cards from them. It has really helped get my name out there as far as my graphic design goes.

Cool idea Nicole - I hadn't ever thought of offering biz cards as a freebie with site design. It's a great way to add value for the client!
I've added the site to my favorites

Thank you, Nicole, for this resource...

I just ordered a sample pack from PS Print... I couldn't find recycled card stock for business cards at the vista print site a lot of people here recommend, so I was excited to see PS Print does offer a recycled card stock option.

I really do not want to print my own business cards, if I can avoid it. I think DIY, at-home printed, business cards often look "cheap" and "homemade"... that's not the image I want to put out there for my business.

I guess it's possible some DIY, at-home printed, business cards have "passed for professionally printed" and I was none the wiser... if I could be assured of having THAT GOOD of a print job, good enough to pass for professionally printed, then I'd be game to do it myself, at home.

But for 100 cards at $9.99 - at that price I say why hassle with an at-home print job? It's not worth the hassle.

My husband worked a corporate sales, straight-commission, independant agent, career for ten years and his business cards, even when ordered through his Fortune 500 company, often set us back $70 for 500 cards. Prices have gotten significantly better in the past 10-15 years, of course so has at-home printing technology.

I have never used them myself but another group I belong to (they create greeting cards) thinks that Catprint.com is wonderful. The really appealing thing about Catprint is that there is no minimum quantity on anything.

Has anyone used PS Print for business cards? I'd love to hear about the paper quality and the size of the cards. I don't like Vista Print's quality or the size of their cards and we are looking for a good alternative.

I trust first hand feedback from you all rather than just trying it out!

Thanks
