I have not actually ordered from VistaPrint yet, so all these tips are great. I do have a Real Estate Agent friend that uses them all the time and loves their products.

I actually just ordered business cards through Vista Print and found the same thing....loads of pages to go through just to order....definitely have to read the fine print!

Hoping I receive just what I ordered!

I don't like vistaprint, they just seem shady. They have advertisements about FREE business cards, but by the time you choose what you like and add the text and other offers, it costs quite a bit. I ordered 1,000 cards from them for $50 bucks and don't even like how they turned out! So I wound up ordering new cards from another place...

I have ordered three sets of business cards from VistaPrint. Two of the orders were for the "free" cards and the third was for more expensive cards. I never had difficulty doing business with them and would use them again, without hesitation.

I go back and forth about vistaprint. I prefer to have more control over what is on my business cards if I design them myself and print them at Fedex (Kinkos). AND I hate it that they put their name on the back of my cards. That was the final deal breaker for me.

I used Vistaprint a couple of years ago for business cards, car magnets and tshirts and had no problem with them at all. However, you get what you pay for and though their stuff is cheap it's cheap and flimsy. The business cards (not free) were very good. The car magnets buckled in the sun and flew off at speed. The tshirts were ok but poor quality and quickly ended up as cleaning rags.

I am happy to say that I have not been scammed by Vistaprint. I have always used their services and, so far, have not had an issue.

I ordered some 'make do' business cards from them out of desperation, when they really looked dodgy in the print and the cards were quiet small. I have since gone to my local printer and have received the cards I wanted in the first place. Must admit I'm very impressed, good size, good quality card, lovely finish, very professional.

I don't think I would go to Vistaprint again for anything. I found their daily emails almost bordering on spam, I had to unsubscribe after a few days.

I've used Vistaprint quite a lot but find that you need to play them at their own game. I've ordered business cards, tri-fold brochures and flyers and find the fact that you can use the same design template across all of your products very useful. Once you have ordered once and paid to have your logo uploaded on to the templates you have products stored in your portfolio section on their site and also in your previous orders. I then wait for an email offer to come through and have since made further orders of the same products and only paid for the cost of postage.

I have recently re-ordered business cards and there is no mention of Vistaprint anywhere on them. Perhaps they have got the message that their customers don't like this.

Tess,

I've used Vista Print for many items this past year and half. Being a start up and budget being limited it's worked out great for me. There products over all are good. I was not really impressed with the brochures as the folds were rough and made them look homemade, but other than that they were nice.

If you are really careful and really watch the deals you can get a lot of great stuff for 100% nothing. I ordered 1000 business cards and paid not one penny. Not even for shipping.

Just have to be careful that's all, and I'm sure that was just a glitch in the system.

They are really great to work with and their customer service has been awesome in my experience as well.

I use both VistaPrint and a local Office Max. Depends on what I need and how soon I need it.
