Hi Janet -
You're onto a great start with the questions. Because, they are focused on the client/customer (the "you")... and by nature, when you ask a question, the brain is wired to automatically try to answer it. It's just the way we're built. But, try to also feel the pain they might be having... for instance, instead of "Are there tasks or projects you can't complete?"... something like, "Are you holding your business back because you don't have the time to complete the projects necessary for your success?" That's probably a bit wordy, but do you see what I mean? The main idea I think you should convey is that you're not only a VA, but also a solution provider. You need to think about why your target market would hire you, and then textually provide those as the solutions you offer in your brochure. Don't forget to sprinkle testimonials throughout, everything always sounds better when coming from a satisfied client

A small list of standard FAQs might be good, too. But you're definately on the right track! Great job!
HTH!
