So I have this "Increasing Productivity" workshop that I'm doing for a Women's organization in a few weeks, and I have no clue what to leave them with. I'll be giving them pointers on being/getting organized. Managing email, etc. but I wanted to leave them with something that will remind them of me and be useful/functional for their use.

Anyone seen anything at any conferences that they thought was a good idea related to this? I'm brain dead tonight.

It depends on your budget - and you could do with something a bit more imaginitive than a pen!

A USB drive that will attach to their keys? Perhaps with a copy of your presentation slides on rather than printing them out (I've been thinkng about doing these to give documents back to clients...)

An alarm clock?

You could do a mug with a slogan something like "now you've made time, have a cup of tea..." ???

Just thinking what I would do....along the lines of a promo product. If you can find something (at a decent price) to keep on their desks, where they will see it every day, something useful with your contact info on it. Maybe a pencil cup holder, paper clip holder. Maybe something they could pick up when stressed (like mini kaleidescope).....I am just scanning my own desk now for ideas.
Something they wouldn't throw away at the end of the year. If I think of anything else, I will add it in.

Since the workshop is on getting organized, you could do a promotional item that will help them get organized. Personalized notepad and pen, I am not sure what your budget is, but I like the USB drive suggestion.

I like the USB suggestion too.. But now one of my clients suggested that I actually sell a product.. see I didn't even think of these.. Something like a cd with templates that assist them in getting organized..
