Default Brochure Essentials??
I've read several threads about brochures. It's mentioned quite often that one is too wordy. What do you consider the most important information to put on a VA brochure?

I would think your services, rates, hours of operation, etc.

I don't include my rates. I give an overview of how I can help with bullet points so it's easy to read. I also include testimonials and my About Me info, plus, of course, contact details including links to social media profiles.

I do not include my rates either. I have a few different brochures which are each tailored to a set of services. I include an overview of packages, ways we help, short company bio, where to find us (phone, email, web, SM).

For those who don't include rates, do you have your rates on your website?

As a consumer, I always prefer to see rates when I look on websites or marketing material. In fact, if the site doesn't include them, typically I will try to locate another vendor who does. These days, time is a commodity, so for that reason, I do include my rates on both my site and in my brochures.

This is a great thread, I've been wondering the same thing.
I don't have my rates on my website right now, but I am in the process of re-doing my site and I've been debating on whether I should include my rates.

I state my rates on my website and in my information package. Like others, when I am looking for a service provider, if I do not see a price I move on.

Maybe it goes back to when I was a kid and my dad said, "If there is no price it means you probably can't afford it." Not everyone thinks that way, but you don't want them to fill in the blanks with their own notions.

If your prices vary quite a bit, you can always use "starting at $X" or "from $X".
