Default Brain Dead. Fill in the Blanks
OK fellow VA's, I'm hoping I can throw this up here and you can help me move past one sentence that I have been stuck on for an hour. It is taking on epic proportions as I get farther away from grasping the perfect words. lol

I am working on website content/professional profile, marketing material and I am trying to punch out some great things I bring to a client. Keeping in mind that many websites spend too much time telling a client who you are, what you are, what you do, and not hitting them personally with how you benefit them, I am trying to find those points that make them say "Oh Yeah, I want that, this could work", and so on...

So my tag line says:

WHAT DOES PARTNERING WITH VIRTUALITY DO FOR YOU?

It will be the second of three bulleted points that all start with:

VIRTUALITY .....

I am trying to think of some kind of phrase that conveys this growing (and economical) way of doing business in today's economy...

if you downsized, this is an alternative to bringing back a full time employee and all costs associated....

makes you a leader in today's growing...

I'M STUCK. Anybody want to chime in and try to describe our benefit in a powerful, web content pleasing way? If we get enough good suggestions, I'll share... lol.

Give it your best shot!

And THANK YOU!

Kathy

Have you explained what virtuality means? I find that not every client is au fait with understanding what virtual assistant is and means. So it's important to spell it out to them, even in your keywords. Perhaps that will give you a clue as to what to put next?

When stuck for content/a marketing message my best suggestion is to start with your potential client's pain points - find a way to articulate how you solve those issues and *that's* where you're going to get 'Oh yeah, this could work, I want that....'

I agree with Kathie that part of that message has to be definitive or you're going to risk going over the heads of a lot of people.

My other suggestion is to try different approaches - if your starting point has you that stuck for communicating the benefit of your own company then maybe that's not the best tagline?

Thanks Kathie and Tess, I totally agree with what you are both saying, let me explain what I have. I am trying to put together a profile that could stand alone or be used , to some degree, as part of my website content. I have been reading and listening to everyone regarding content and the importance of showing the client not so much who you are, what you do, how many tasks you can perform, but rather how you are going to benefit them - how you are going to alleviate their "pain points" . So I have a one page hello, I'm Kathy and this is Virtuality, short paragraph on my past. Then a pretty clear explanation of what Virtuality is as a company, and then 2 bulleted questions. The first question is How Virtuality can help you and I provide three short ways that I help or benefit their business. The second is the one listed above, "What does partnering with Virtuality do for You". I am trying to differentiate between the two where the first tells how I practically help you (like providing administrative and logistitcal support) and the second details what i bring to the table like:
VIRTUALITY instantly equips you with the tools and skills needed to support you in your successful business

And the second point is the one I am stuck on - I was hoping a wordsmith would help me somehow convey that by partnering with a VA you are doing business in a new way, in a more economical way and why don't they jump on the band wagon. But with about 20 less words, lol.

Does that all make sense?

Kathy
