The plural of a noun does not require an apostophe. Check your VA's (should be VAs) and client's (should be clients).
Also, no hyphen in neighbors.
Otherwise, it's interesting, brisk, informative, with a wonderful flow. Good work!
Should it be 'Garrison' or 'Viki' rather than 'Mrs. Garrison'? I'd suggest the former.

I've made the changes you suggested, on my original 'neighbors' is hyphenated and when I copied it here, I didn't proof it like I should...duh me!

Viki, I think you mean clients as a plural, not as a possessive. You provide administrative support to clients, and the 'world-wide' just qualifies 'clients.'
