Hi Tahneesha,

I am also a Christian Business owner and I am also planning to market to churches. One of my thoughts as part as my first marketing campaign is to offer my services to churches. The article is a great inspiration. For those out there thinking of the same target market, I believe there is a list out there, that lists all the churches in the US. I am currently doing some research and as soon I find something concrete I will share here at the VAF.

Thank you for responding Tahneesha. I have decided to pursue writing a press release for my business. I am also going to devote some time to assisting my church with some administrative duties...free of charge. Hopefully this will get my name out there among the members and other churches. A small suggestion...I think that local publications are great ways to reach people. Perhaps the church you will assist will help you out with a small ad in their church bulletin.

That's a really good idea. This past Saturday during a church leadership meeting it was announced that I have been placed on the communications and marketing team and secretary. I would need to confirm that I can add a blurb about my business and maybe other small business owners that attend our church in the bulletin. I don't think they would be opposed to it and it would be a good jump start for my business.
