Five years ago, Rita Cartwright started her home-based business located in Oceanside, California. With numerous years of word processing experience, she decided to offer virtual word processing services. These services include word processing, database management, PowerPoint presentations, desktop publishing, website maintenance, and administrative assistance. Now she is pleased to add transcription services to her current list of services.
When Rita decided to offer her services virtually, she didn’t realize there was a Virtual Assistant industry. The new members specialize in web and graphic design, and bookkeeping.
