Hi Jenni

Congratulations on getting ready to send your first press release!

I think it's great that you want to get your business name out there and a press release is a great way to do that.

I would make one suggestion and that is to revisit your PR with the knowledge that your release should read like less of an advertisement.

Is there a recent service addition you can highlight, or - maybe choose ONE of the industries you service and create a release that addresses how your company can solve a problem or approach an issue unique to that industry.

You're casting a very wide net with this release, which is tempting to do, but you'll get more out of it and put out a more professional press release if you can hone in more on specifics so that it'll catch your target audience's attention.

I know how hard it can be to get the phrasing right for a press release so feel free to post back if you need more help!

I like how you changed it around. I would think about changing the title to something that catches the eye of prospective clients. This is just an idea (haven't searched to see if it has been used or not)

"Helping Businesses Raise Revenue by Lowering Overhead"

I finished my press release a few weeks ago and haven't submitted it to anyone. I haven't finished tweeking it.
