This information is specifically for VA's using Wordpress.org as a business website.

I have searched high and low and finally found a very useful plugin that contains several policies for my website (i.e. Terms of Use, Anti-spam, Disclaimer, etc.). The plugin is called WP Policies and you can find it if you type WP policies in your plugins search bar. If you do not know where to place the code in your footer.php index, please have someone who is knowledgeable with WordPress.org assist you. You may also need to make some adjustments to your CSS. Be sure to backup your WordPress site before you make any changes to your footer.php index.
