Default My Policies and Terms

Hello everyone, before I get into the topic, I would like to say "PLEASE" go to the doctor and get your flu shot, I was down with the flu for 3 weeks and I am now just recovering.

Now to the topic on hand, last Friday, I had one of my Free Consulation interview; during the interview the prospective client asked about my Terms and Policies. I told her I would email it to her; she asked why wasn't it on my website, I told her I always felt that not everyone read this and I perfer to give it to my clients as part of their "Welcome Package".

I thought about it, and I thought about when I am doing an online investigation what it is I am looking for. Then it hit me, put it online and your prospective clients that you gain through your website would know what to expect with the initial interview, payments, cancellations, late fees, charge backs, additonal fees and so on is explained in this. So here is my, POLICIES AND TERMS. What do you think?
