I'm finally finding the time to start listening to these archived teleclasses - this one is great and while it does include many different industries it is solely focused on entrepreneurs and solo-preneurs and so applies to all of us as VAs.

The discussion is on which policies are most important to implement as a small business owner including: rates, billing, and late payments...three of the most difficult and intimidating issues to address. She also talks about the importance of setting policies for vacations and holidays, how to handle rush requests, client satisfaction policies, and lots more!

I'd definitely recommend listening and if you do, please post back with your own impressions, notes and ideas!

I thought I'd have a listen now, and is that yucky background noise meant to be in there?

How do I find the classes to listen to and is there a fee to do so?
