Somewhere I have read about a Time Tracking program that you can download for free. (If I find it again, I'll come back to post it ) I've also learned that Ctrl Shift & ; will paste the current time in Excel. I've been playing around with designing a time tracking sheet and that shortcut has proven to be invaluable! I hope this is helpful to some of you!

I was also lazy in working it out to the minute and what decimal it was of an hour.
