I was just wondering if any of you have ever used the fax service built in with Windows? It is free but is it worthwhile? Fiona :ears:

Yes, used it - switched immediately to eFax. I also use RingCentral for faxing too.

Fax modem is what you use in dial up internet. So basically your computer replaces your fax machine but you will still use your phone line to send and receive fax.
