Default Vonage
I was wondering if anyone used Vontage and if so how they like it.

I use it and love it. I have a stable DSL connection, at the highest speed available. It helps me track of client calls, as I answer calls for several clients.

I don't use Vonage, I use a local company. I've noticed no difference in quality of calls and no one else can tell either. I did find I can't use my traditional fax machine with it, however. I asked my provider about it at the time, but I don't remember what the issue was now.

I use it and have no complaints. I like the call quality and Vonage offers tons of free features.

Can you use a standard fax machine with it?

Vonage Business lines come with fax number included in the package. I have a regular fax machine hooked up to my Vonage system.

I use Vonage. I have for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem with it. I don't have my fax hooked up though. I use my fax separately.

I've had Vonage for about 5 years now. I love it! Sometimes there are echos or if I'm uploading or downloading large files, the sound quality is choppy, but the good far outweigh the bad for what you are paying. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it at all.

We only have one Vonage line, but when I need to fax something I just unplug our phone and plug in the fax machine and it works like a charm.
