Just curious if there is a program out there that will automatically sync Outlook between laptop and desktop computers? I'm not currently using IMAP, but was thinking about that option if there is no other option out there. The reason I ask is I just got a new laptop and rather than re-writing the rules, alerts, signatures, folders, etc. - maybe there is another route and I just didn't know about it yet. On my desktop I am using Outlook 2007 and on the laptop 2003. When I try to send email from 2007 to 2003 it doesn't work but it does work when I send them from 2003 to 2007 version. Also I have having my 2007 version crash constantly and don't know why. So I would be interested in hearing comments on this topic as well. Thanks for posting this thread.

It will not sync your email but it will sync your calendar, contacts, tasks and notes.
