Thank you for solving the fax issue and for FREE! I also love the fact that we are saying trees by doing it this way.

I use MyFax.com and it allows me to both receive and send emails. For $10 a month, I have a fax number assigned for my clients to use. I am also allowed 100 outgoing pages a month. You can try it free for 30 days to see if it works for you.

Just thought I'd put my thoughts in here. I currently use FaxMicro and I've had about 4 faxes come to me saying "do not call this number again"! I wrote the customer service and asked for a new number because I have no idea where those faxes came from or who they were. Just a FYI.

I use Packetel. It is has several online options including fax services, long distance, web and voice conferencing.

If you do like it and use it, they have opportunities to get free months of service by referring people. It is very effective. I bought a year worth of service for under $50 and just renewed last week (its been almost 2 years!) So its a very good deal. If you do end up signing up, you can use this code > oypat28683 < and we will both get a free month!

Thanks for sharing. I signed up on efax.com, but am considering myfax.com because of cost.

The Echosign sounds great! I'm going to look into that. Thanks!

Thank you so much. I was debating on buying a fax machine or just using efax.

Wow, so much information - now I need to decide on which one to use. They all seem to be US based though - does anyone know of an online fax (preferably free as I don't think I will be using it too much) which is UK based?

Thanks Ladies - have a great Easter.

I agree with many of these posts. Efaxing is so convenient, as well as good for the environment. No more having to copy and/or store incoming faxes. And our clients only have to fax as normal. It's great!

I use RingCentral. VERY cheap and you get your own toll free fax number. All of your faxes are securely saved online and you can even get it to send faxes directly from word, excel, acrobat, ect...

I use eFax as well and find it works great. I have a fax machine for all my outgoing faxes (as well as a really good long distance plan). For all incoming faxes I use eFax and all my faxes get sent to my email in a PDF file. It's fantastic!
